I started a new diet today, after reading that report on Times.com saying that exercise wont make you thin, ive decied to renew my dieting goals and controll what i eat. I guess it is true, the amount of calories you burn from a run or a walk is minimual compared to the caloric intake you ingest. Hopefully i can stick to my diet this time.
Im doing a modified atkins diet which essentially minimizes the carbs intake and only eat carbs that are from fruits/veggies. No rice, no starch, only lean meats and little fat. It worked last time so i dont see why i wouldnt work this time.
