Well the website has started, but still very little hits so far. Hopefully it'll pickup soon and then we will have a huge community of good people.
Im doing a lot of rollerblading recently, hopefully such activites will help increase my cardio abilities and burn more fat. Its very low impact and it seems to work really good. Remember those Dance Dance Revolution exercises? lol, i tried some of that crap too and yes every little bit helps so my suggestion is that you try whatever kinda strange diets/exercises and see if it produces any results for you.
