I started a new diet today, after reading that report on Times.com saying that exercise wont make you thin, ive decied to renew my dieting goals and controll what i eat. I guess it is true, the amount of calories you burn from a run or a walk is minimual compared to the caloric intake you ingest. Hopefully i can stick to my diet this time.

Im doing a modified atkins diet which essentially minimizes the carbs intake and only eat carbs that are from fruits/veggies. No rice, no starch, only lean meats and little fat. It worked last time so i dont see why i wouldnt work this time.

Well the website has started, but still very little hits so far. Hopefully it'll pickup soon and then we will have a huge community of good people.

Im doing a lot of rollerblading recently, hopefully such activites will help increase my cardio abilities and burn more fat. Its very low impact and it seems to work really good. Remember those Dance Dance Revolution exercises? lol, i tried some of that crap too and yes every little bit helps so my suggestion is that you try whatever kinda strange diets/exercises and see if it produces any results for you.

The forums are up and i encourage everyone to go register and particpate in them. I created this site to be a safe haven for guys who are suffering or enjoying their male boobs. There are lots to talk about and although this isnt the fanciest looking website, it'll get the job done and hopefully we'll have a great community of supportive people.

There isnt a lot of rules other than no racism and personal attacks. If you are here trolling for fatties, gtfo.

New websites are always exciting, especially this one www.male-boobs.com which is a subject very close to my heart. Not a lot of guys want to talk about it, hell even less want to admit it but that's why this community is here. It's to help, educate, and inform people.
